They asked me to pay full amount before delviery of 6 chairs and Table. I paid the amount of Rs.17, 718.00 on 12/7/08. On 14/7/08 afternoon they delivered 4 small chairs out which one is a very old chair and 2 other chairs, where the colour and size were different, totally unmatched with what they quoted.
When I asked their Fraud Manager Anand, he said he replace both the old chair and the mismatched color chairs within 2 days. After 1 week when I called him and asked about the status, he is not at all bothering me by saying, he is in out of station and asks to call him after 2 days.
I request you to kindly take necessary steps, so that, other common people won't get suffer from this culprit.
