Name Transfer not done for more than a year now

Hi,

We have filled a name change transfer for the gas connection from the previous owner to the current name. The form with the NOC from the previous owner has been submitted to Mahanagar gas on 15th October and the same has not been done till date.

We have called the customer care several time & they do not have a justifiable answer. 1st they said they have not received the form then some other excuse.

Its more than a year now & very frustrating now.
