We paid money (final Rs 2500) for installing the gas line and the cheque was deposited 2 months ago. The representative from MGL was supposed to come and start the gas line in the evening after taking the cheque. Everyone in the building have their gas lines functional. When we call to the Help line regarding this, we are told someone will come tomorrow and start. We've been pushed aside a lot.
They are very prompt in depositing and collecting the money for installation but dont show the promptness in getting the work done. This company clearly need to get their act together. My mother keeps calling and they tell to her to call some other no and the other no we call tell her to call the HELPLINE 1917 no. No one seems to take care or pay any attention to this matter. If they dont want to install, they should pay us back Rs 5000.
All queries by phone or e mail are simply ignored by MGL and there is no response from their side.
