i really dont know if someone is going to read this but yet, my complaint is towards the Mahanagar Gas Ltd for which i have applied for a new connection in the month of December til date their is no connection given,
i have being following up with the customer care since 6 months but whenever i call the customer care they just have to say we have taken down your request you will get a call from us and your work will be done, but it is the same always no one calls up and again i i have to call the customer care, if someone could please help me in getting the new connection it wil be really great,
