Dear Sir,
On the 18th on Feb 09, the instalation man (Mrs Ravnak) had come to install the gas pipe line. He made a big blunder, in the process of drilling the whole in the wall he drilled into the water pipe line and all the water bagan to leak, he said he would pay for the damage and asked me to get the repair done i called the plumber in front of him and he plumber said he would charge 300 rs for the repair of the damage. Mr Ravnak promised to come on the 19th to complete the wrk. i made many calls to him then i called the office and they promised he would come today the 2nd of March. i tried calling himtoday but his mobile was switched off.
Now what am i supossed to do???
how do you keep such untrained men to work who cause such problems for us
