Is not working since first week, no proper service

I took Maharaja Supremo Food processor nearly 3 months before in Big Bazaar, Tarnaka, Hyderabad.

We received demo and we started using it after 15 days of purchase.

Immediately after 2 days motor failed and it took nearly 40 days for replacing motor, after repeatedly calling them.

Very poor service and response.

Immediately after repair again after 2 days again motor failed. It has been since 1 month I had logged complaint.

Till now no one has arrived after repeated calls every day.

Today when I called, they are saying its not their service area and I need to call some other area which is nearly 50KM from our home.

Service is very poor and appliance is very poor.

How to escalate??
