I, Rakesh Kumar, am a customer of AVA Merchandising. I bought one Maharaja Whiteline Food Processor on 27th of June 07, Wednesday. Since then I did not even touch the processor. But 10-15 days back when I took it out to use it I found out that it's not working. Regarding this I have called the customer care no. 4-5 times but there was no result found for my problem. Today when I again called the customer care no., I talked to Mr. Vinayak and he gave me your mail id and told me to mail my problem to you.
