Grtting exessive bills

Hi,

I am a tenant in i 602 Helliconaia, Magarpatta City Hadapsar Pune 411 028. Customer no 160231493210

It is a 1 BHK flat with limited usage as me and my roommate both are working. So we stay in office most of the time. But still I am getting an exess bill. But for the month of April it came as Rs 690. Which is way too much considering we have only limited usage of electricity.

PS: I have been to other flat in Helliconia as well where I have never got a bill to the exess of Rs 450 with the same kind of usage.
