We have obtained a High Speed Data Card with the Tariff Plan of 10 GB from the Reliance. The Relationship No.of the conenction is 2907234202. The Reliance Data Card Connection (Mobile) No. is 9324284897. Even though we have opted for 10 GB/per month unlimited plan, it is entered at your end as "Broadband1GB-650 (AS SHOWN IN THE BILL, WHICH IS RECIEVED TODAY) and charged accrdingly. Further, without informing us you have disconnected the conenction on 22nd May onwards. For no mistake on our side you have charged exhorbitantly by applying a wrong plan (instead of the10 GB applied by us, you have given 1GB).
This is aGovenremnt Company and hence we are unable to pay such exhorbitant charge, for no fault on our side. It is thereofre, requested to kindly look into the matter and recitfy the mistake and send us the correct bill for 10GB paln at the earlist. A very early action is rwequested. kinbdly intimate us the actiontakenby you immediately.
