MSEDCL uploads electricity bill on its site for payment online. The consumer is provided three dates for payment. On first date a discount is available. The MSEDCL never uploads bills for the first due date, thus denying consumers the discount available on first due date. The fact has been in feed back to MSEDCL and also emailed to CEOs. But still MSEDCL has not taken cognigence and perhaps not aware of the fact.
