Respected Sir,

In the above context, this is to submit that I the undersigned had resigned the services from your esteemed organization i.e. Maharishi Vidhya Mandir, (Smirity Nagar) Bhilai and 30th April’2008 is the last working day. Further, it is regret to say that after laps of six months I have not received PF Amount vide A/c. No. UP/17243/18077 till today. Although I had send the entire requisite documents on 23.05.2008 by “Registered Post”.

Therefore, I request your good-self to kindly arrange to disburse/send the Demand Draft of security money at the earliest.
