I'm Maheswari and my file number is MDUA05875308. I submitted my application by 28.10.2008.
I am doing Part time Ph. D program for which I have submitted my Transfer certificate in Sri Padmavathi Mahila Visvavdidyalayam, Tirupati. Police verification is completed at Tirupati and at my native place, i.e at Sholavandan, Madurai district. As a proof for my studies at Tirupati, I have already submitted a bonafide certificate in the pass port office. Two days before I received a letter from the passport office to furnish additional personal proof for Andhra pradesh. Since it is a part time Ph. D program, I don't have a identity card in the university, I just have my Fees receipt for Ph. D. Is that enough as a personal proof. Kindly reply considering that I'm pursuing my study as a part time Ph. D for which the university cannot issue any identity card and it is not necessary to stay in Andhra pradesh to continue my part time Ph. D program. From the place where I'm staying I can complete my Ph. D and so kindly consider my request to submit only the fees receipt, which is an additional proof for my study at the University.
