CIVIL REPORT NOT SHOWING GOOD

Dear sir

iam working mahindra FES mumbai and i applied for home loan at Axis bank, they told me that your civil marks are not good, iam not having any loan, just i have only one credit card that i have lost in oct-09 first week thats why i cound't drop the check of 25000 that was my out standing. some body used that card on 31.010.2009 i paid all the amount of which ever due please remove my name from the listv please
