Delay in refund after cancellation of membership fee and improper response

I took membership of Club Mahindra Holidays on 22nd March'09 at a promotional event organised at Galleria Mall- Vashi centre. I was pressed upon to take this membership as I was told that this is a one day offer and I will have the option of cancelling it in a weeks time if I am not fully satisfied.

As I was not satisfied I applied for cancellation after 3 days on 26 March'09. I was told that I will receive the refund cheque of Rs 15, 564/- in the first week on April.

I have not received the any cheque so far. I visited the Vashi Center located at Galleria Mall and BSEL Building atleast 5 times to get the status. At the end I got a letter from Purva Kulkarni- Member Relations, Vashi on 14 May'09 stating that the refund cheque will be released by 25 May'09. I am again trying to reach the center but the concerned person is not coming on the phone and I am told that he/she is busy at the moment as usual.

I also raised a complaint at Chennai office on 14 May'09. The complaint no is 1347437.

Not I got another response after I raised the issue with following heads saying it will processed in June.
