Delay to provide Permit

Dear Sir,

I bought a Mahindra Max from your Latur Showroom on this diwali, But I still not get the Permit of it, I could not send my Zeep on rent because permit is not available. There Manager and sales Exe. are useless. I never suggest anyone to buy this companys product. So, pls told them to provide me Permit as soon as possible.
