PF claim Status

Sir,

My PF application was submitted on 16.12.2008.My PF no KN19789 / 951.

I got the message from your office on (14.02.09) that I will received the cheque by February end. Till today (30.3.09) I was waited. Today I called your office and check the status. Again they told the same status that I will get the amount by next month end. Still how many month ends I want to wait? Please help me to claim.
