Dear Sir,

I got the message from M/s. Maini Precision Products P Ltd, that they are already submitted my PF withdrawl on Sep. But again there was some correction (DOJ not mentioned in that form) in my form. Again they submitted my form on Dec.

My PF no ; KN / 19789 / 951

Please advice the status.
