Delay in supply Cylinde

Hi,

I have been customer to SRI MA KIRUPA INDANE GAS AGENCY MOGAPPAIR CHENNAI since 2001 .Right from the beginning the cylinder supply always delayed. This time we have booked one month ago and cylinder not delivered yet. The telephone nr is always busy. They have not respond through phone aswell. Poor responce for the customers. Cylinder always delay even in non demand.
