please go through all the coresspondences and please try to help for the same

ok never mind i have all the proofs with me regarding the coresspondence letters as well as all recordings with collection department and i have sent mails to all department for the same.

as you can check your revious mails also u told me and agreed that it was your mistake and you have told me to pay 14146/- rs and told that the loan will be closed i told you that after paying of the old loan then also i got calls regarding the same loan account i wont pay till i get the latest statement showing 14146/- as well as closure letter from you regarding the loan account.

i have done many complains regarding calls that i recived as well as my family members at residence for the same and resulting in outting mental as well as depression presure on us.

i have sent the copy to head noida as well as all the other ciressponce authority for the same

please when you are ready to take 14146/- along with the closure account on my name mentioning my loan account number then you can let me know then i need to go one step ahead with the complain to midday as well as ombudsman and the RBI authority

please reply for the same as earliest

everything is correct but why i have to keep repaeting same thing agagin and again that please send me the hard copy of latest statement showinf full and final payment 14146/- as mentioned in your earlier email and take the cheque i am very much clear i will pay 14146/- asmentioned by you when i will get hard copy of the statement showing 14146/- of the latest month

i do not want after paying the money agagin ur people will call and abuse me and tell me that i will japp you and see you and all that stuff i do not want to deal like this.

please i am telling you please send the latest month statement of loan account stating 14146/- and take the cheque

if you have stopped and blocked my card it is you who is lossing i a clearly telling you that i have more better cards and good bankers whoi doesnt talk to there customers for payments like you do though it your fault.

i havent made the payment it is you have created the problem .i am ready to make the payment but what i asked was at to your email u had mentioned me to make a payment of 14146/- rs which i am ready to pay what i asked was the hard copy of the statement which u are not providing me because of your person abusing for the payment i dont want after paying 14146/- they call me back for rest of the payment left.

according to me if i am making the payment i need a hard copy of 14146/- rs so without delayying the time send me the latest statement of the said amount and i will pay the bill at the spot and secondly what do u think of your self that no one is your boss you are saying me to pay now 17000 aprox are you nuts.

please look in to this matter urgently and revert me as to what to do as then i need to go to ombudsman for all this query

till last month i have made all my card payment i wont pay from this month as you have closed my credit card .please look in to this also

i have cleary mentioned in all my mails that i will pay 14146 /- as soon as i will get latest statement of the said amount in my loan account no 7777 7777 7199 8548 and also i had mentioned that you people have blocked all my other abn amro cards card nos are 5425 0513 0508 8758 and 5425 0513 0508 8782 though i have been paying the amount on this card regularly .i was suprised that because of your mistake i have to stop using the other ABN AMRO credit cards .it is ok as i have other credit cards last time i wrote a letter that if my cards are not started on urgent basis i will not make any of the payments though i made last months payment but this months i am sorry i wont be making the payments as i have told you that it is all your mistake.

i haven't received reply from the bank regarding my complain of abusive language spoken by your person for which i have already sent you the CD as well as copy on email.

i am also very much upset by the way the bank behaves i am a genuine customer are you behave with them like this and people who are real genuine cheaters you favor them

no problem from today i am stopping all payment of ABN AMRO credit cards and loan account from your company and if anyone come for collection at any of my locations i would surely take a strict action as according to you i haven't made any complain regarding the recording but if same happens i will surely forward it to all concerned department.

please look into this matter and resolve i will making the credit card payment only after my credit card get activated again.

as i have mentioned that i have sent the complain to noida branch along with the CD of all emails and the recording but haven't received any reply from them also yet regarding the same till then u promised that no one will call at your place regarding the payment and i told you that i will wait for the week and if no one calls i will pay but yesterday someone called me regarding the payment at my residence and also received the letter stating me that we have blocked your primary card for non payment of loan account and you have to pay 16690/- rs urgently.

now tell me what to do this something will happened after paying 14146 that u need to pay 2500/- more .i am sorry to say but now i will paying all the money in the consumer court as well as u have to give them the answer about the rough behavior your person has behaved and clearly telling me i will see you and all that.

i am sorry to say but if i don't received this rely as well as reply from the noida ABN AMRO i will froward this CD to the RBI as well OMBUDSMAN at Nari man Point with all recordings and the emails where i am asking since first email me to give me official statement of 14146/-.

if you do not answer me you need to answer to them and if them also then u need to answer this email letter to head of abn ambro New Zealand and the consumer court.
