I had a credit card numbered 4317 5750 7533 2123 of State Bank of India. My pocket was picked up by someone on 4th September at late night. I was not aware of this and came to know about this on 6th late at night and due to some reasons I was not able to report that. On 7th September I complained authority who gave me 0073100002836 this complain number. Afterthat they were demanding Rs. 21, 551 whereas, my card limit was Rs. 20, 000. I didn't purchase anything and I am very sure that none of my family member did this. They are now harrasing me by calling and demanding money, which is hampering my mental peace and business. Since I didn't purchase so I should not be held liable. I want you to take action so that they stop calling me and harassing me. I want you to verify my signature as I am sure that is not mine and it is bank and retailer's duty to verify signature and confirm from the card holder before paying so much high amount. Please pay serious attention as it is disturbing me alot.
