This is for your kind information that we had got the telephone connection in our Titwala Branch Office one month ago. We had also applied for the net connection at the same time but till now we have not received the same. We had also personally met the officer of Titwala BSNL office but despite of that there is no response from there side. Another complaint is that many of our incoming & outgoing calls are diverted, so we doubt that there is cross connection in this line. Also the phone is connected with normal wiring instead of cable wiring.
This is for official use so the requirement is very urgent. We hope you will look into the matter and do the needful at your earliest.
