This is confirmation of complain made on 05.10.2009 on phone 9454143824 at 2.55 P.M.
that the booking on 28.08.2009 under Dealer's booking No.1619 the delivery of Gas Refill is not been made
till date. Though I have reminded them three times i.e.20.09.09, 28.09.09 and on 03.10.09, but they use to
make false assurance to deliver it next day. I request them to acknowledge my reminder in written on
the Copan, they refuse. I ask for complain book, they refuse. I placed written complain the refuse
to accept.
On 03.10.09 I told them that my D.B.C. refill has also been consumed and therefore
please book an other refill. They refuse to book telling me that the booking will accept after 15 days of
delivery of old booking.
This is controlled essential commodity and enrolled for the delivery service in
the Manas Gas Service. I can not purchase it from the open market. But the dealer did not feel any trouble
which comes in the medium class family.
I wish to bring in your notice that this a usual practice of delay delivery of this dealer
A year before when I was compelled to lounge complain vide my letter dated 10.09. but on dealer
request I extended to place it before you, a Photocopy of the letter is enclosed for your ready reference.
I observe on every visit of office of the dealer that many other consumers are also
suffering from the same trouble. Home Delivery of the dealer is very poor. If you make a survey
you will find a huge quantity of consumers are not satisfy with dealers dealing.
Please look in the matter and do needful immediately.
