I have one website (www.mandeshi.com) registered with Manas hosting (http://www.manashosting.com) the web hasting company located in Bangalore. On 25 July they removed entire data from our websites FTP folder without informing us and when we tried contacting manas hasting technical support they refused to provide us the reason for data loss and when we requested to pass our call to their seniors they kept our call on hold for long time.
after that on 28 July they told us that entire data is got corrupt by virus and told us to upload data again but when we tried to upload new data we didn't able to login our FTP. again we called them for solution and again they told us that there is problem in server and kept giving multiple reasons for the same.
