Worst customer service

We had 3 websites registered with them, and everytime we had to renew it, there are always issue with the registration process, they dont have enough excutives to take the call, even after the payment is made, they remove our website, no processes are defined, they are the worst service providers,

please cancel there licence or ask them to improve their services
