I paid Rs 3000 by credit card to Manashosting, Bangalore on 4th Aug'09 for hosting my website which was to be hosted on 15thAug'09, our independence day.
Manashosting sales representative had verbally assured us full technical support for 24 hours. The sales representative had also verbally asssured us running an exe file on their server.
After the payment was made, when we try to log in to their own website 8 out of 10 times we fail to log in.
When we try to make a call (STD as they dont have any toll free no.), they ask us to raise a Ticket to lodge any complaint. And lodging a complaint can be done by logging on to their website which is the most difficult nut to crack. (U can try www.manashosting.co.in or www.manashosting.com).
They have a 24 hour online chat. Their sales team is working very efficiently just to take care that they trap maximum people in their net.
I have recorded all the chats with them. I can prove that they provide minimum technical support. At nights they take care that their technical support telephone is engaged (may be they are keeping it aside).
Our technical team uploaded the necessary pages to launch our website. But now the site is not getting uploaded. And they say that their technical team will look into the matter. And the fact is nobody bothers about the customers. There is no responsible person person to talk to.
I have spent nearly 800 to 1000 rs on my std calls.
Its a classes website. We had announced an official launch of the website on 15thAug'09.
But again surprisingly on that day the technical team was on a holiday whereas the sales team was working (Whereas it should exactly the other way round).
It is a terrible mental torture to me, inspite of paying full amount in advance.
As per your records, there are already 48 complaints against this company. Mine will be the 49th one.
Im ready to fight. But please help me in getting the full refund and compensation due to the time losses which I had to suffer due to them.
