We have purchased a website domain name www.stuguntur.net in may with java webhosting for one year, later we renewal in may and may now our time is upto 23 rd may
but suddenly they have closed the website in oct why they are closed? that we asked them by phone, & chat, but no reply . our site is reprensents the State Teachers Union, Andhrapradesh - GUNTUR DISTRICT UNIT, a recognized teachers union in A.P estd in 1947
we are purchased at their reseller Mr. Nagaraj, Infosource Techsystems, Hyderabad on seeing this address at their website, but he is ok in service, and also our payments are being credited in time to time through our reseller.
if there is any billing/payment problem why they are renewal in may for one year ie upto 2010
with out any reason why they are stopped our website in oct. please solve my issue.
