Dear Sir / Madam,
Please note that I had booked a new domain with the above cited Bangalore based company on the 03rd of April.2008 and since then I have called them up almost 15 times from Delhi without any help. They accepted my online payment made to them through my AMEX card and till date all me problems remain unsolved. I have sent them several e-mails till date without any proper response from their end. I have also called up their so called Delhi office but with no help. Calling up their Bangalore office is a real ordeal as the people who pick up the phones do not even know how to talk properly.
As of date all my work is held up because I trusted this company based in Bangalore – India but the way they are functioning it will just get our country a bad name.
I have tried to speak to their management but no one is ready to even give us the telephone number.
I would request you to please look into this matter as this company seems to be taking their customers for granted.
Please have my problem resolved or else I will be forced to send them a charge back through my credit card company.
I have enclosed all the copies of all the correspondence that we have had with them till date.
They have even given a false assurance to Samaji Yadav, Manager (Complaints), CORE Centre (Jago Grahak Jago Cell).
