We are having a telephone connection No. 01348-226118 in the name of our executive member Mr. Shambhu Prasad at our Head office Village & P.O. Sainji, Pauri Garhwal for the last more than 18 months. We are surprise to know that our telephone connection is not working from 10th February while we have registered our telephonic complaint at your regional office at Srinagar Garhwal as well as your telephone exchange at Vir Chandra Singh Garhwali Agriculture University at Bharsar, Pauri Garhwal for many times, but we did not get any response from the said places so far.
Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into the matter seriously and arrange to rectify the problem as early possible.
