At 7 PM on friday 20-08, I boarded in the Bus No. KA 01 F 1785.
I paid Rs. 12 for 2 tickets from dairy circle to jaydeva, but conductor did not give the ticket. when I asked for ticket he said that just one minute I ll give. I waited for 5 minutes but when it appeared that he is not giving the ticket I asked again and he said I ll give and went behind. In the mean time Bus reached jaydeva. so I asked again and again but he didn't give the ticket and said do whatever you want I ll not give the ticket. I argued with him but he didn't turned on. finally the Jaydeva Bus stop has come and we had to get down there. then I noted the Bus No. If in the mean time suppose bus had been checked and we were caught without ticket then who will be the responsible.
The Interesting fact is that on the BTIS website, in the feedback section if you will right the companint and submit it will ask you to select the country and complaint topic. without selecting that it will not allow you to submit the complaint. But I think BTIS itself does not want to listen the complaint, that's why they made the field mandatory but field are neither editable nor their is any list so taht u can select. you can check it http://www.bmtcinfo.com/site/BSComplaints.jsp
only left to suffer everwhere. That is so called bangalore.
