My name is Gurmandeep Singh, I am proprietor of M/s TAKKAR TRADERS, working as Super Stockiest of various companies in Ludhiana.
A company named as Maneesh Pharmaceuticals Limited has done fraud with us and we have to take approx 26 lacs from the company. But the company is not giving any response on this matter. As the claims are already taken by the company’s employs 4 times and submitted to the company. But even after that they are not giving any response.
There was an internal dispute of the company in which we and other 3 distributors and super stockiests are being crushed. They also got the same problem like us. Total fraud is of about 1 .2 crores only in punjab as per the calculation of ours.
The sales team of the company excluding one Sales manager (north) M.R. Surinder Bhudhiraja has discontinued the job. And the company is saying that they will not consider the signatures of the old team on any documents.
While the Sales Manager M.R. Bhudhiraja is the only person of old staff which is working in the company and he knows all about the claims.

There is only one hope in front of us that are you, please lead the way to tackle this problem. Otherwise all the 5 families will be ruined by the fraud of the company.
