Land line not activated for last 1 1/2 years

Not provided land line connection at Society's office and security gate for last 1 1/2 years. Contacted 'N' no. of persons, sent mails/ compalined but no action from your office except for false commitments.

On top of this your staff is making stupid comments in mail i.e. Network is down, where as in our area some of the residnets are using Airtel landline and broad band.

I would appreaciate that my grievance is looked into and addressed on priority.
