Horrible service & delivery of spares

I had most horrible experience in buying spare parts of solenoid valves. We had purchased solenoid valves from this company (Maniks kalaprasad industries) This company is not at all interested in supply of spares. They want you to visit their premises in Pune to get small spares. They need full advance payment, after which they will take their sweet time to make spares for you.

I will never buy solenoid valvesmade by this company in my lifetime.
