Provident fund not received

I Bhavneesh Ahuja workd with Manpower services pvt ltd, in Bangalore.

in Sept i filled PF withdrawl form to get my PF transferred to CITI bank a/c

but now around 4 and half months over still not received it.

I did e mail to person of manpower who deals in it, no reply came.

MY PF no is-- DL/24754/36291 and emp id 100073641

i joined there on 12-05-08 and left on 05-09-08 and they were cutting Rs200 as professional tax, plz provide me some information on this.

PLz help me in getting my PF
