Worst product and Worst Service

I had purchased a Mantra Table Top Wet Grinder from Vasanth & Co T Nagar Chennai. Though the aesthetics of the product was good, the quality is worst. In 6 months time the unit is not functioning since the switch itself had gone faulty. Today I do not know where and whom to contact. Neither the dealer (Vasanth & co) takes the responsibility nor the manufacturer. Pls let me know how to claim my money back for the money I had spent to purchase this product.
