I have two prepaid connection (No. 9970703228, 9860687021) from last 8 months and for cheaper call rate I recharge every month your bonus Rate 90, but now the call rates of local as well STD calls both getting down on almost service provider.
My problem is that if I am taking as visual Rs. 90 bonus then this is nominal beneficial for me, and if I am comparing with other service provider then I will be in profit but I don’t want to change my no.
So, you are requested to revise the bonus rate in proportionate of the rate down, so that the purpose of bonus can solve otherwise a lot of customer will switch over to other service provider.
