I have purchase a software from marg compusoft PVt Ltd. They have given me the product and said that it will fill my all requirment. But from january i got many problems, in that they solve some one but the major problem not solved till today. I paid all money to them and they have not fullfill my requirment. I mail them many time no reply accept we will see this.
I want to know what action i can take on them as the service for which i paid not given by them and i have expence amount on phone also for the solution from them.
I attched the mail i done to them, kindlly give me advise or any council from govt for software products complaint .kindlly tell if i can take panelty from them for mentally hareshment from them.

We would like to inform you that we have purchased a software from yr company through mr surya. We paid all amount to him in advance and told all are requirement as we have 4 c &f for uttarakhand state. He give the software in jan 09 beginning and told that it is for c/f. But from starting we are getting problems in this software, we told him all. In beginning he came to us 2 times and after that he did, t come to us after giving the time to us. WE are still waiting from Monday till now. From starting we ask our c/f related problems he said he will short it from company head office. We needed every month stock and sales report. In this we have to send stock report to all company with opening and closing balance to them. But we didn, t get that report fully as it this version not giving free items separately by remaining stock no with values as all company needed that. Now he is saying that this is distributor software.
We would like to know that if we paid amount to you then we dint received any bill from company and we did/t have any setup cd for this software. He give us Oct version of software . kindly see this case if it can be corrected other wise plz take your software back and return our money back.
Our details are m/s continental medicos 362/44 civil lines roorkee and yr licence no is a-121216 jan09 .
