Name change

Sir/madam..

I have done my school from CBSE in year 2003 and completed my graduation from delhi university in 2008... but now want to change my name... is it possible to get my name changed in my 10th, 12th as well as in my college marksheet...??? If yes, what is the proceedure for that...?? I am eagerly waiting for your rep... Please revert back asap...!!
