No response after debiting my account with error encountered Message

I have made an online payment of 799 rupees to mydala.com uisng CCAvenue payment gateway and step to "Error Ecnountered" page from CCAvenue. I got no mails for my online payment or any trnsaction failure. And the most amazing part is that my account has already been debited...

so please credit the money back to my account as soon as possible. My account is in SBI and acount no is 31181673819. please do the needful as soon as possible.
