Beware! BIMAL Service Fraud

I have had a shocking experience with Bimal Service center Whitefield. Bangalore

I have purchased Maruthi Zen Estilo. After six months of usage, One day I put may hand below the SEAT and got my hand full of Rust... Later saw all of the seats are getting rusted at the bottom due to duplicate SEAT Unit replaced by BIMAL service center.

When I complained, Bimal Service guys say we have placed the order to replace the SEATS, and I kept following it up, they keep saying transportation problem this and that. Now it has been an year still they have not done a thing about it.

I am not sure whether Maruthi Knows about thier fradulant business of replacing the company units with cheap quality stuff, . Now I have no option left but to catch the Maruti guys directly...
