i got my car srviced at sai-service phugewadi on 07/oct/08.
my car had some starting trouble and no other trouble and noise.after i received the car it was making strange noise on starting which i was told is due front silencer and can not be repaired as the spare is not available.after i receved my vehicle
it could not go even 3 km and the vehicle refused to start again on informing this to sai-service i was not provided help till next morning ie till 11 am on 08 oct 08.they took my car and at around
1700 hrs i received a call informing me that fuel pump of the car has fail and the carborator is not set properly and it will take 3 days to rectify it and i will have to bear additional cost for it.when i told them why have you not serviced the car properly i was told yours car no mh12w2548 is old and we do not take any responsibility of our quality of repair or sparepart.
my greveince is when i gave you my car it was running
and not making any noise.after you serviced, it is making noise
its fuel pump also failed .if it has any problem like that why it was not reported or rectified.my car failure is a clear case of nelect and lacisidal attitude of sai-service towards people owning
old maruti cars.
i was charged 6600 rupee for service and repair without even the adjustment of carborater or rectifying
the starting trouble and over it damaging my car engine so that i sell it to them a scrap price, hence i feel cheated by sai-service phugewadi and i was fleeced of 6600 rs and my running car was
damaged deliberately.please help.
