Delay in Car Delivery

Dear Maruti Managers,

I have booked a Maruti Alto Exite on 20/10 at Chittosho Motors Mohali. But till now I have not recived the car. I have Paid 100% amount of car. Dealer says that the car is dispached but not in transit. From last 10 days dealer says the same. Kindly tell me how it can happen if the car is dispached but not transited. Kindly do the needfull as earliest.
