Poor repairing of car after accident

I purchase a car from delhi. I was driving the car near Khajuraho. My car got an accident and I send my car to M/s Adinath Motors ltd. Chhatarpur (MP). M/s Adinath motors returned my car after 15 days. I was not present at the time of delivery. When I drive the car I foubd that car is not running properly.engine heat up at the time of driving. milege is 15 kpl. Instrument pannel is broken. Now the car is with me in DELHI.I want claim of Rs.25000 from M/s Adinath Motors because current estimate for repairing is Rs.25000.Or I want from Maruti to repaire my car free of cost otherwise I shall move to consumer court or I ll circulate this mail to my friends who are planning to purchase Maruti Car. I already sent one mail, but no action taken place.

please suggest what to do.
