Purchased an ALTO from Bagga Link Services Delhi. Three days after the delivery the car showed huge vibrations and leftword pulling. As usual, the workshop officials completed the formality in the first free service and returned the car in same faulty condition.
My innumerable complaints through e-mails and telephones were ignored exhibiting the shameful behaviour of the company officials.
After perpetual followup an engineer came at Bagga Link workshop who along with the workshop manager deflated and then inflated the tyres and returned the car to my wife who had taken it to the workshop.
The workshop officials were very professional, prompt and alert in getting the satisfaction report to be signed by my wife.
I strongly condemn this behaviour of the company towards the customers through this forum and request the the so called biggest car manufacturer (actually a sick company) to correct the faults in my ca
