I AM AN OLD FAN OF MARUTI BY DEFAULT, BUT RECENTLY A NUMBER OF QUALITY PROBLEMS WERE COMING IN MY BALENO VEHICLE. I GOT MY VEHICLE SERVICED AT YOUR NARAYANA WORKSHOP BUT THE PROBLEMS RELATED TO BREAKS, NOISE AND TYRES ARE CONTINUING.
I WROTE TO MARUTI AND RECEIVED LETTER NO. 0810/NFO/PSF/CDS/04:111 DATED 09/05.
I TELEPHONED NARAYANA ON 02/06 IN REFERENCE TO THIS LETTER BUT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE, PERHAPS YOUR GENTLE INTRAVENTION WILL GET THINGS MOVING.
I ALSO FAXED MY COMPLAINT AT VASANT KUNJ HO AND NARAINA BUT NO RESPONSE.
IS THIS THE WAY MARUTI TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS.
