Maruti Esteem Model 2007 May

Esteem purchased in May with the understanding that the avg. in the city will be 12-14 and on the highway 16-18 kmpl (from Bagga Link Motors, Delhi)

Car No. DL 7CH 1123, CHASIS 478287 ENGINE 358071 (ESTEEM VXI BS-III)

Since beginning it is approx. 8 kmpl. 1st, 2nd and then 3rd svc completed and every time I was given to understand that avg. will be ok in next service. (at Bagga Link Moters, Delhi)

Now in last one month two times the car is being sent to Rohan Motors, Noida for running repair – KPL Test. But there is no improvement. This time they say (Mr. Iqubal of Maruti Company) that this is the standard that Esteem can not go beyond 8 kmpl in the city, than how Bagga assured me that it would be 12-14 within the city.

In the meantime, Bagga has changed once the complete cultch and pressure plate within warranty.

In the above circumstances, I have no choice but to go for change of the Car for some other non-Maruti vehicle and not to opt any Maruti Vehicle in the future.

The matter is pending since last 4-5 months and there is no one to listin my problem. Many emails have been sent to the compnay also. I have full record and their confirmation etc.
