Dear Sir / Madam,
This is Sanjay Banga from Faridabad maintaining Maruti Esteem Car Lxi version bearing registration number as HR 51 S 5344.
I purchased this car from M/s. Vipul Motors Pvt. Ltd. in Fardidabad on 20th June vide their Invoice Number as 5801 - 30394 - NR 4f SA dated 20.06.2005. (I had also purchased my previous car which was Maruti 800 cc from Vipul Motors.)
After 3 - 4 days of the purchase of Esteem Car I also got the security system of Auto Cop fitted in the car from Vipul Motors itself.
It is important to mention here that I also availed the 2 years extened warranty from Vipul Motors by paying an handsome amount of money.
After the use of car of around 2 months it started giving under mentioned problems:-
1. The glasses of front right and left doors were not smooth while closing and opening.
2. It started giving the continueous red light indication (less engine oil) on the dash board.
3. I was not able to operate doors with the remote of Autocop security system.
On very first service I pointed out the aforesaid problems which were rectified by them but I was not fully satisfied because after three four days of the service all the said problems arose again.
I once again visited (had to waste my time) Vipul Motors - Faridabad but they made the jugaad type rectifications.
During the last three years I had to take my car to the Vipul Motors' service station so many time for the same reasons which are still not rectified.
Apart from the said problems, around 12 - 13 months back, I pointed out the problem of body catching rust very badly and very speedy.
They got me the cover of fuel tank re-painted.
Around 8 months back I pointed the problem of lower part of the body catching rust (having holes in it) very badly. They told me that this may be due to the water problem of my area. I told them that in my lane and in our front lane we have 32 houses having more than 90 cars of almost all car manufacturers but it is only me who is facing this rust problem. They promised me that they will call my car at their service station whenever any Maruti engineer is available with them. It did not happen.
Around 5 - 6 days back I went to Vipul - Faridabad once again with the all afore said problems one more problem of engine oil leakage.
They told me that despite of having 2 years extended warranty this engine oil leakage problem do not cover under warranty, even if this is an internal part of the engine. They showed me the booklet wherein it was mentioned that the rubber parts are not covered under warranty.
This I am not able to understand because this rubber part / seal is not an external part but is an internal part of the engine which can be tampered. I am willing to pay the cost of rubber seal etc but not the labour charge.
Also they once again promised me calling my car with them for the body rust problem whenever any engineer of Marti is with them.
With this detailed message I request you to please rectify my all problems without any charge from me at the earliest.
With this message I also lodge my official complaint with Maruti.
