I want to ask one question.. please give me a reply with fact and true answer.. if a person working under a maruti dealer .. then he or she is a employee of maruti? Or he is employee of that dealer. maruti consider him as a maruti employee...?
i mean to say that from where he get salary from maruti or from dealer? and i also want to ask experience that he will get after working under dealer, maruti company give him that experience certificate to work under maruti.. or dealer firm giver him certificate of experience.
