Not giving response to there coustmer on phone

Sir i have taken one month service fm MIS (MARUTI invesment services) for 1 month after paying rupees 5500.they given reply on phone only for 3 days.now they dont attend my call.also by mistake i have deposited 9900 to MIS icici account now they not giving money back nor satisfactory service .plz guide me.
