I have taken a car (MAruthi Swift) from Maruti Popular Chennai - 600 040. From the time i took the car i am facing lots of issues with the car as well as the dealer. There is no proper response from the dealers end. Am facing problems with this dealer named as maruthi popular from the day the bought my car. Yesterday i got my vechile around 9.00 pm. But the complaint which i gave on my vechile which remains the same. This is not the first time i am complaining them about the service issue. Each and every time i give it for service the problem with the car remains the same. Its shows how good they are. And they also charge me for the unattended problem. In one week i have given my car for three times, for the same complaint. I dont think they are doing their work properly. I have also complained to there higher authorities but still no proper response. so, i have to go legally with the documents (job slip, feedback form, after delivery sheet from the service station.) This time i dont want to waste my time. Hope you will help me out in this issue. I dont want them to take my vechile again for the same problem. Have been really irritated by them to the core. Kindly help me out in this issue. My car number is TN 2 AB 4518.
