Poor service, more deefcts created after service

I given my car Maruti Baleno No. MH12DE7971 for service to Sai Service, Phugewadi, Pune on friday 20th Feb.09.

After servicing bill was submitted for Rs.11486/- And when I checked for power Window operations I found back seats both power windows are not functioning. Also no audio sound is available on music system.

When contacted to Mr. Sanjiv (09923208339), his comments are we have not done anything to music system and power window. Similar complaints I raised for poor service from same dealer last year too. After lot of assurance I gave my car to this service station but again same story.

Pl. help, how to resolve this and to whom should I contact.
